Natural Disasters!!

This term the focus is natural disasters- we will be researching earthquakes, tsunamis, tonadoes and even volcanoes! AT the moment our homework task is to research a chosen natural disaster, then explain it to the class using any format we like- we will post the results on our blog when they are completed! Off to the Zoo!!

Studying Ecology, we travelled to Auckland zoo, learning all about the different kinds of animals, their adaptations, and how they interact with their environment

The bus was exciting, but took a long time to get there...

But we had some close encounters...

Nearly got eaten...

And almost drowned...

Our Family Fun Day

This saturday we had an awesome time at our Family Fun Day. We had an awesome time going on rides, eating candy floss, and most of all, dunking Mr Bolstad!!
What was your favoutire activity?

We're thinking of you Christchurch!!

Today we wore balck and red to support Christchurch, and we used the money for mufti to send down to the people affected by the quake.
